Relationship Manager, Private Wealth Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with High Net Worth Individuals and Corporate Clients and providing them with tailored investment solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional looking to advance their career in the securities industry and contribute to the growth of our business.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

  • Identify and prospect potential clients within the target segment.
  • Develop and execute client acquisition strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Understand clients' investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial needs.
  • Provide clients with regular market updates, investment recommendations, and portfolio reviews.
  • Proactively address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

2. Investment Solutions and Advisory:

  • Offer a wide range of investment products and services, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and structured products.
  • Develop customized investment solutions tailored to clients' specific needs.
  • Provide investment advice and guidance to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions.

3. Business Development and Revenue Generation:

  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives and events.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.

4. Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
  • Manage client portfolios within established risk parameters.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in client relationship management or sales within the financial industry, preferably in securities or wealth management.
  • Proven track record of acquiring and managing client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
