A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Relationship Manager for HNW/UHNW clients. The role emphasizes relationship management, investment advisory, and business development, requiring proven experience and strong client relationship skills. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a deep understanding of investment products and financial services.
Candidate fit:
Candidates with experience In managing UHNW clients in other sectors can try. E.G ( Yacht Brokers, Financial Advisors, Security Traders and Stock Brokers)
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in advising HNW and UHNW clients, a deep understanding of investment products, and the ability to deliver tailored wealth solutions. This role focuses on managing existing relationships while growing a portfolio through new client acquisition and referrals.
Job Scope:
Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients.
Build long-term, trust-based relationships and provide holistic financial advice.
Understand each client's risk appetite, financial goals, and investment preferences.
Business Development:
Identify and acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and business development activities.
Drive AUM growth by deepening wallet share with existing clients and onboarding new clients.
Investment Advisory:
Collaborate with internal product specialists and investment advisors to deliver customized investment, lending, and wealth planning solutions.
Keep clients updated on market trends, portfolio performance, and relevant opportunities.
Compliance & Risk:
Ensure adherence to all internal policies and MAS regulatory requirements.
Conduct thorough KYC/AML due diligence and periodic reviews.
Maintain high standards of ethics and integrity in all client dealings.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field. CFA or MBA preferred.
Preferably with 5–10 years of experience in private banking or wealth management.
For Senior RM, please note that this is compulsory, along with $150million AUM and above
Proven track record of managing and growing a book of HNW/UHNW clients in Asia, particularly in Singapore or Southeast Asia.
Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and portfolio management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
Sound understanding of MAS regulatory framework and private banking compliance standards.
Able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
