Primary Objective:

  • To acquire and service clients to achieve and exceed the Bank's defined sales goals and revenue.
  • To provide personal financial advice and ongoing servicing of clients to deepen client relationships and maximize business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition

  • Organise, execute and participate in sales activities and programs.
  • Solicit new customers or increase product penetration in existing base to achieve and exceed Bank's defined goals and revenue.
  • Participate and support consumer sales marketing activities for customer acquisition and retention.

Client Servicing

  • Perform ongoing servicing of client accounts and identify any potential opportunities for extending basic and priority banking services.
  • Promote the Bank's products and services.
  • Cross-sell to existing bank customers to expand customers' share of wallet.
  • Adhere to high service levels.
  • Promptly attend to customers' inquiries and other servicing matters.

Compliance and Regulations

  • Adhere to banks and regulatory requirements and uphold strong customer service experience.
  • Ensure sales are conducted in accordance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
