Key Responsibilities
  • Actively acquire and prospect new Premier Banking customers from the onshore market
  • Develop and deepen client relationships to achieve business objectives and personal growth targets.
  • Contribute to the overall success of Premier Banking through consistent sales performance and exemplary customer relationship management.
  • Provide professional consultative financial analysis to affluent clients, identifying their needs and recommending tailored financial planning solutions.
  • Regularly update clients with market trends, insights, and potential investment opportunities.
  • Promote and cross-sell an extensive range of banking products, including investment solutions such as unit trusts, insurance plans, and treasury products.
  • Ensure superior customer service standards to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • A minimum of2-3 years of experience in saleswithin the banking and financial services industry, preferably managing affluent clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales performance targets.
  • A recognized university degree with relevant certifications (e.g., CMFAS certifications: RES1A, RES1B, RES2B, RES5, CM-EIP, CM-SIP, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI).
  • Strong understanding of financial products, including investment and insurance offerings.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and provide consultative advice to clients effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach, capable of working independently and in collaboration with team members.
  • Demonstrates creativity, initiative, and a results-driven mindset.
