Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore is seeking a Relationship Manager for Global Real Estate AVP to manage a portfolio of corporate real estate clients and support senior managers on larger client groups.

You will conduct client reviews, identify opportunities to tailor banking solutions across lending, treasury, cash management and capital markets, while maintaining strong risk discipline.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of credit and marketing experience in corporate banking or real estate financing.
  • Solid knowledge of lending, cash management, treasury, capital markets and corporate finance solutions.
  • Strong analytical and credit assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; able to work independently.
  • Team player with client‑focused mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of real estate corporate clients and/or support senior relationship managers on larger and more complex client relationships.
  • Conduct regular client reviews and identify opportunities to deepen relationships through tailored banking and financing solutions.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities across lending, cash management, treasury, capital markets and other corporate banking products.
  • Collaborate with product partners to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Conduct financial, industry, and credit analysis, prepare credit applications / annual reviews and manage financing processes through legal documentation and implementation.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, client developments and market conditions to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Stay abreast of global real estate market trends and apply insights to client strategy and portfolio management.
  • Contribute to portfolio growth, revenue generation and cross-selling while maintaining asset quality and risk discipline.
