Job summary
A leading financial services firm is seeking a dedicated Client Advisor to drive client acquisition and AUM growth. The role entails advising high-net-worth clients on diverse investment strategies and ensuring compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates should possess a degree in finance or economics, at least 5 years of experience in relationship management, and relevant CMFAS qualifications. Mandarin proficiency is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & AUM Growth: Drive AUM and revenue growth by actively sourcing and onboarding new HNW and UHNW clients, while deepening existing relationships.
- Advisory & Investment Solutions: Advise clients on portfolio allocation across equities, fixed income, funds, structured products, alternatives, and other suitable solutions.
- Market Insights & Ideas: Provide clients with timely and relevant market insights, trade ideas, and investment strategies tailored to their needs and risk profiles.
- Collaboration: Partner with research, trading, and product specialists to deliver holistic wealth solutions.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure strict compliance with MAS regulations, cross-border guidelines, FATCA/CRS, and AML requirements.
- Client Reporting: Monitor portfolio performance and recommend adjustments; ensure timely submission of call reports, pipeline updates, and business progress reports.
Requirements
- Degree holder in finance, business, economics, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of proven track record in relationship management, client acquisition, and revenue generation with HNW / UHNW clients.
- CMFAS qualifications with a valid MAS Representative License.
- Strong understanding of equities, fixed income, funds, alternatives, and structured solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize key initiatives across a broad range of opportunities and relationships.
- Self-motivated, driven, and committed to excellence.
- Mandarin proficiency preferred (to cover Taiwan / Greater China clients).
