Job Summary:

The Relationship Manager for Digital Assets will be responsible for managing and expanding institutional client relationships across key global regions. This role focuses on delivering tailored digital asset solutions, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving strategic growth in emerging and established markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including asset managers, hedge funds, family offices, and exchanges.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients across assigned regions, ensuring high levels of service and responsiveness.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized digital asset solutions, including trading, custody, tokenization, and investment strategies.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in digital assets across Southeast Asia, North Asia (excluding China), Americas, and Europe.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and pitch materials tailored to regional market dynamics.
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding wallet share and onboarding new clients.

Market Intelligence & Strategy:

  • Stay informed on regional regulatory developments, market trends, and competitive landscape in digital assets.
  • Provide feedback to product and strategy teams to enhance offerings and align with client needs.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and webinars to build brand presence and network.

Operational Coordination:

  • Work closely with compliance, legal, trading, and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing service delivery.
  • Monitor client activity and ensure adherence to KYC/AML and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
  • Min. 5–10 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in digital assets, crypto, or institutional finance.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, tokenization, and digital asset infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-border client relationships and achieving sales targets.

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
