Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to help grow the corporate banking portfolio in the Advanced Manufacturing, New Energy, Technology, and Digital Client segment.

Job responsibilities include:

  1. Calling on C-suite executives to form and deepen relationships, proactively owning, responding to, uncovering, and anticipating future needs, roadblocks, or risks, and leveraging internal resources to assist where necessary.

  2. Working with product specialists and subject matter experts to structure innovative and customized solutions that meet clients' individual needs.

  3. Identifying cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet.

  4. Maximizing client experience by proactively sharing market updates, trends, and intelligence.

  5. Driving innovation in the solutions provided to clients and further developing the business where appropriate.

  6. Networking with clients to identify new business opportunities.

  7. Managing the credit relationship of the client, including preparing term sheets, credit proposals, credit reviews, implementing credit terms and conditions, servicing clients' daily needs, and operating internal systems, while coordinating and supervising the entire process to ensure proper application of policies and bank procedures.

  8. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and the bank's policies and guidelines at all times.

  9. Proactively protecting the bank's assets and reputation by being the first line of defense from a risk management perspective.

  10. Meeting the KPI targets set for the role.

Job Requirements

1. Familiarity with current digital and emerging sector landscapes, with a preference for candidates with a background in TMT, Technology, or High-tech manufacturing.

2. Ability to:

  • Expand the customer base and undertake projects in specific sectors.

  • Possess sound knowledge of banking products and a proven track record of providing sound banking solutions to growth-stage clients in the Tech and Digital space.

  • Have strong credit and financial analysis skills, along with problem-solving abilities.

  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills (e.g., negotiation, consultative skills).

  • Work well in a team setting and under pressure while making decisions.

3. Work Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant banking experience, particularly with a proven track record in the Advanced Manufacturing, New Energy, Technology, and Digital Economy segments.

4. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.

5. Attributes: Independent, self-motivated, proactive, result-oriented, and a team player.
