Job description

The Corporate Banking Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of mid and/or large corporate clients and provide world class banking service across Singapore and SEA.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Team Lead to develop strategies to grow the portfolio and achieve business targets.
• Hunt new business opportunities and deepen existing relationships.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of the market and industries to drive high quality deal execution from initial contact to completion.
• Support team leadership activities and provide mentorship where required.
• Conduct regular client meetings to review financial needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements

• At least 8-10 years experience in a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager role.
• Strong hunting track record and willingness to develop new business.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of the corporate banking product suite, including lending and non-lending solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen and people skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with a desire to lead and mentor (advantageous, not mandatory)
