What you do

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to lead our efforts in acquiring and transitioning our small and medium-sized businesses into the industry segments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to create tailored financial solutions for SMEs.

  • Active acquisition of SME clients through deal origination and term sheet pitching to clients.
  • Credit proposals to cover financial and industry analysis, credit risk recognition, mitigation and cashflow projections.
  • Deepen existing portfolio relationships and increase share of wallet through curated financing solutions.
  • Proactive management, supervision and monitoring of portfolio of customers onboarded
  • Embrace Digitalisation and Support Group Strategies
  • Ensure compliance of banking polices and business processes


Who you are

  • Degree holder in Finance, Business, Banking or related discipline
  • Min 4 years business banking experience
  • Well-versed in Trade Finance and other Business Banking products
  • Driven, energetic and quick to learn
  • Results oriented & independent team player
