Job Summary:


We are seeking experienced and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our team in the bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value clients, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying new business opportunities. Special note : This is a sales driven role, which you had to sell banking products.

Job Scope:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring deep understanding of their financial needs and goals
  • Develop and implement tailored financial solutions to meet clients' needs, including credit facilities, investments, and transactional banking products
  • Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including credit risk, product specialists, and operations teams, to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Monitor and manage client risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a relationship management or sales role in the banking industry for senior roles.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and growing a portfolio of high-value clients
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and services
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think creatively and outside the box
