Position Overview:

This role involves shift work, including weekends and public holidays, to meet client needs and optimize our event and branch schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients during roadshows and at the branch, providing professional, tailored financial advice and support.
  • Conduct client consultations to understand their financial goals and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Support branch activities including client onboarding, product inquiries, and service requests.
  • Coordinate logistics and client engagement during weekend and public holiday roadshows.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Actively contribute to team targets and business development efforts.
  • Assist in internal handovers, especially during shifts, to ensure continuity of service.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a client-facing financial services or banking role.
  • Eligibility or interest in obtaining relevant regulatory licenses (e.g., for selling investment products).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
