Responsibilities
- Develop and manage HNWI(High Net Worth Individual) relationships in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Greater China through personal networks, events, and channel partnerships.
- Deliver tailored wealth solutions (asset allocation, preservation, global opportunities).
- Drive client retention, engagement, and AUM growth via lifecycle management.
- Provide expert advice on private funds, bonds, structured notes, and customized portfolios leveraging internal research/risk frameworks.
- Collaborate with investment advisors, product specialists, and analysts to deliver market insights and portfolio recommendations.
- Ensure full compliance with suitability and regulatory guidelines.
- Navigate internal processes (transactions, product launches, compliance) efficiently.
- Partner with middle/back-office, legal, and operations teams to optimize client experience.
- Contribute to process improvements for client management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Economics, Law, or related fields preferred).
- 5+ years as RM or HNW sales in private banking/wealth management/securities/family offices.
- Strong knowledge of HNWI asset allocation and products (private equity, structured solutions, fixed income, alternatives, etc.).
- Proven ability to independently source/serve HNW clients with a clear business development track record.
- Excellent communication, service mindset, and long-term relationship-building skills.
