Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll join a team that focuses on building talent empires across Asia, one perfectly matched candidate at a time.

Based in our Singapore office, you'll become a key part of Gemini Personnel's vibrant team.

What You'll Do
  1. Opportunity Architect: Hunt for growth opportunities and pitch compelling solutions to clients.
  2. Conversion Conjurer: Turn cold calls into signed contracts using your persuasive skills.
  3. Networking Ninja: Attend events, network, and generate potential leads.
  4. Strategic Expansion: Develop and execute growth strategies to expand our market reach and deepen client relationships.
What We're Looking For
  • A proactive "hunter" mentality combined with nurturing skills to develop long-term relationships.
  • Comfort with technology, especially CRM systems.
  • Experience in recruitment, HR, or related B2B services is a plus, but trainable candidates from other sales backgrounds are welcome.
