    We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Relationship Associate (RA) to join our Treasury Services Relationship Management Business Development (RMBD) team. This role is in Singapore.

    In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

    As an Relationship Associate (RA) in BNY Mellon’s Treasury Services Relationship Management Business Development (RMBD) team, you will work closely with the Relationship Managers (RMs) as your primary role is to support the RMs through the below tasks:

    • Direct involvement and handling of Know-Your-Customers (KYC) Periodic review for assigned portfolio of clients, familiarity with KYC process and policies are preferred
    • Maintains client database in ECRM platform (Client Relationship Management), assisting with data entry ensuring data integrity and quality assurance
    • Prepares presentation and maintains reports as required including for ad-hoc projects, initiatives the team is working on
    • Liaises with other internal Lines of Business ie Client Service team, Global Client Management team, Product managers, credit and risk teams etc
    • Assists with coordination of deals and RfP (request for Proposals) serve as a liaison between RMs and internal teams for optimal solution to clients including arranging of meetings, preparing of meeting agenda and organizing of minutes-taking
    • Coordinate client marketing and events with Marketing team including preparation of marketing materials and other information as required
    • Might be supporting a small portfolio of customers

    To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

    • Bachelor degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
    • Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
    • At least 2 to 3 years plus of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent
    • Experience in Relationship Management, Client Services or Account Management preferred.
