We are a company where our core business is estate planning services.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Building
- Develop and cultivate existing business relationships.
- Provide support to existing distribution channels through coaching and consultations.
- Implement strategies to optimise growth in existing distribution channels.
- Implement regular outreach activities to maintain brand awareness and conversion.
- Prepare updates of the above pointers in a weekly report for presentation.
- Devise strategies to improve/simplify processes for existing distribution channels.
Requirements
- Self-driven, resourceful and results oriented.
- Skilled in presenting to a large variety of audiences.
- High level of integrity with accountability of work and good attitude.
- Excellent EQ, problem solving, lead generation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills with proven ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks.
- Meticulous and shows pride in accuracy of work.
- Customer-service oriented with a passion to exceed client expectations.
- Ability to lead a team and value add to their personal growth.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google apps, Canva.
- Prior exposure to finance, insurance, marketing, strategy, and operations, is preferred.
- Managerial position is available with prior experience.
Work Arrangements
- Location: Central (Tanjong Pagar)
- 5-Day Work Week
- 13th month salary
- Executive position starts from $3,200, negotiable based on prior experience.
- Managerial position starts from $4,000, negotiable based on prior experience.

- You will report to the Head of Business Development and Marketing.
