A major reinsurance services provider in Singapore is seeking a Reinsurance Broking Support professional to manage placement and documentation processes. Guy Carpenter is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Singapore office:
Reinsurance Broking Support
We will rely on you to:
Manage placement in accordance with appropriate timelines for clients.
Prepare technical analysis of statistics and other underwriting information supporting the negotiation and placement of Treaty Business.
Prepare treaty slip/wordings and cover notes, ensuring contract certainty.
Prepare endorsements and addendums.
Maintain treaty placement correspondence files electronically.
Ensure documentation and electronic filing are as per Professional Standards.
Prepare of quotation Sheet and placement Sheet during renewals.
Prepare Treaty Term Summary Sheet.
Manage risk load of contracts to Guy Carpenter’s backend system.
Other incidental duties related to the negotiation and placement of Treaty reinsurance contracts.
What you need to have:
Prior experience in providing administrative support to clients, specifically in the preparation of documents within the insurance and/or reinsurance sectors.
Prior experience in treaty insurance and reinsurance is preferred.
Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong administrative skills and experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Resilience and a positive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Competent in Microsoft Office.
