Job summary

MA Engineering PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a hands-on installer to read blueprints or sketches and guide the placement of rebar or mesh for concrete projects.

You will prepare rebar and mesh with metal shears, hacksaws, and torches, bend or weld components, install cables, and secure rods, cables, mesh, or rebar in concrete forms on site. This role demands practical fabrication and team collaboration in a construction setting.

• Reading blueprints or looking at sketches to determine how to install reber or mesh
• Figuring out the quantity ,size and shapes of reinforcing roads and determining where to place them
• Preparing reber and mesh for installation using metel shears, hacksaws, and torches
• Bending or welding reber together
• Installing cables
• Using pliers to tie wire around roads to fasten them together
• Positioning and securing rods,cables,mesh,or reber in concrete forms
