Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and guide the therapy team which consists of a physiotherapist, occupational therapist, and therapy aide/assistant.
  • Responsible for compliance with the therapy standards as stipulated by the Ministry of Health and Allied Health Professional Council.
  • Lead the team in enhancing clinical innovation and evidence-based practices for residents and clients.
  • Oversee and lead improvements in service delivery and the care model and planning strategies to promote new effective treatment plans and clinical services.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with other agencies and organizations.
  • Compute reports and analyze data

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy.
  • At least 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably, been in a managerial position.
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to form a good network and strong link with shareholders.
  • Be prepared to perform other duties as assigned
