PERENNIAL HOLDINGS PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks a physiotherapist or occupational therapist to drive clinical and technology initiatives within Group Healthcare. The role coordinates with internal teams and external partners to understand requirements and facilitate implementation.

The successful candidate will support rehabilitation SOPs and digitalisation plans, draft presentation materials for tenders, and lead research projects from design through completion.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy.
• At least 5 years of relevant allied health experience in public healthcare.
• Experience in project management and stakeholder engagements.
• Ability to draft research proposals or presentations.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in English; Chinese communication helpful when required.

Responsabilités

• Work with Group Healthcare and the Healthcare team to manage clinical and technology initiatives.
• Support rehabilitation-focused SOPs and digitalisation workplan, and develop presentation materials for tenders.
• Plan and oversee internal and collaboration research projects from design to completion.
• Draft SOPs to support project execution and ensure adherence to timelines and standards.
• Monitor project progress and communicate status and potential challenges.
• Support new healthcare strategic partnerships where appropriate.
