Job summary

A healthcare center is looking for a Perm Therapy Aide/Therapy Assistant to support physiotherapists and occupational therapists. Key responsibilities include executing therapy plans, assisting clients, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe environment. Candidates should have a WSQ or NITEC certificate in Therapy Services and preferably some related experience. Training will be provided to those new to the field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 0-1 year of related experience as training provided.
• BCLS + AED certification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out physiotherapy and occupational therapy care plans.
• Attend to clients' needs, assist in lifting and transferring.
• Document therapy sessions and maintain rehabilitative equipment.
