We manage and partner on key Citi initiatives and deliverables, such as our quarterly earnings process and ensuring Citi’s compliance with financial rules and regulations. The team comprises chief financial officers who partner with each of our businesses and disciplines including controllers, financial planning and analysis, strategy, investor relations, tax and treasury.

We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Vice President, Regulatory Reporting Senior Analyst - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Regulatory Reporting Senior Analyst – C12) based in Singapore. In this role, you’re expected to:
  • Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to local regulators
  • Oversee the preparation of regulatory reports in compliance with Singaporean banking regulations
  • Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, including dealing with regulatory queries, internal and external auditors
  • Implement and maintain internal controls over financial reporting
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management
  • Ensure the integrity of financial information and adherence to accounting standards
  • Assess risk when business decisions are made, emphasizing the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citi’s clients and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
  • 5+ years of extensive experience within the financial services industry and regulatory reporting
  • Able to navigate a large organization to streamline and summarize information points and create repeatable processes
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to synthesize complex concepts and influence change
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to identify conflicts, discrepancies and other issues and bring together the right team to resolve them
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment and work well as part of a team
  • Experience managing large tasks in complex environments
Education
  • Bachelor's/University degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
