Meta is seeking an Escalations Specialist to join the Detection, Response, and Intelligence - Regulatory Escalations team. The team develops scaled solutions to user issues, protects users by decreasing negative engagement on the site, and provides insights into user behavior. This individual will work to improve the overall user escalations experience for the Meta community and will collaborate across internal and external teams to scale our escalations function effectively. The role involves clear communication with stakeholders and providing updates during high-priority escalations. We seek a team-oriented strategic thinker capable of process optimization, effective investigation, problem-solving, and proactive prevention. This is a full-time position based in Singapore.
