Job summary

CapitaLand is seeking a motivated student intern to support the Group Compliance team. You will assist in compliance reporting to senior management and the Audit and Risk Committee, and help monitor regulatory changes across the organization.

You will also participate in independent reviews, perform gap analyses, and assist in creating communications and e-learning materials to educate staff on regulatory requirements. A strong English command and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in accounting, banking & finance or related disciplines.
• Strong command of written English and good communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic IT aptitude.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous in handling regulatory information.

Responsibilities

• Support periodic compliance reporting to senior management and the Audit and Risk Committee.
• Assist in carrying out compliance independent reviews with guidance from the team lead.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess relevance to the Group.
• Perform gap analyses or benchmarking against internal control framework for regulatory developments.
• Prepare communications and e-learning materials to educate staff on regulatory requirements.
• Participate in training sessions and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
