Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager to support Neuroscience, Eye Care and Specialty portfolios across JAPAC. Location is Singapore, with responsibility to develop regulatory strategies, support registrations and ensure compliance for multiple markets.

You will partner with affiliate regulatory teams, commercial, R&D and cross‑functional partners to drive timely approvals, manage health authority engagements and monitor regulatory changes affecting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, pharmacology, biology, life sciences or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of Regulatory Affairs experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• At least 3 years supporting JAPAC regulatory activities.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements across multiple JAPAC markets.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to identify regulatory risks and mitigation strategies.
• Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional and international environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional regulatory strategies and tactical plans for JAPAC products.
• Support registration activities and provide regulatory guidance across product lifecycle.
• Assess submissions, approvals and launch feasibility across markets.
• Act as primary interface with affiliate regulatory teams in JAPAC.
• Engage with health authorities and secure timely approvals for registrations and trials.
• Monitor regulatory environment changes and advise on mitigation actions.
• Provide regulatory expertise to regional brand teams and stakeholders.
