Job summary

Collaborating with R&D, quality, and commercial teams, you will monitor regulatory changes, develop strategies for product innovations, and ensure compliance with GxP and regional requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or related field + 6–7 years in regulatory.
• MS in a technical area or MBA preferred for advanced roles.
• PhD helpful; RAC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory SOPs and policies.
• Track regulatory changes and assess impact for cross-functional teams.
• Lead development of regulatory strategies for product innovations and market entry.
• Coordinate with R&D, quality, and commercial teams to address regulatory issues.
• Manage regulatory submissions, documentation, and licensing activities.
