Location: Marymount, Singapore

Working Hours: Saturdays & Sundays, 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM

We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Student Care Teacher and Centre Lead to join our dynamic team! If you are passionate about education, capable of managing customer relationships, and interested in contributing to a growing tuition center, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching Support and Customer Service:

  • Relief English and Chinese classes when required
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, social media, and messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Address customer concerns and provide accurate, timely solutions to build and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system.

Marketing Support:

  • Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, including creating and scheduling social media posts.
  • Monitor and engage with customers on social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct basic research for market trends, competitors, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Support the creation of simple marketing materials such as newsletters, flyers, and basic graphics (training can be provided if necessary).

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer queries and sales leads.
  • Assist in managing online advertising responses and coordinating follow-ups.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on customer feedback and campaign results.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Familiar with PSLE and O-level English and Chinese syllabus
  • Required to communicate and build relationships with parents and students
  • Able to commit full days every Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 7.30 pm
  • Coordinate with teachers, parents and students on timetabling and other operational, business and admin matters
  • Advise customers on suitable courses, having sales experience will be a bonus
  • IT savvy and well versed with Zoom, Google Meet and Google Workspace
  • Able to relief English/Chinese classes when required
  • Able to assist in all other ad hoc matters
