Job summary

NovaHealth TCM Clinic Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated TCM Physician to join our growing team in Singapore. The physician will provide professional TCM consultation and treatment while collaborating with clinical and operations teams to deliver safe, effective and consistent patient care.

Key responsibilities include conducting consultations with history taking and diagnosis; developing individualized treatment plans; providing acupuncture, Tuina, cupping and herbal medicine; and monitoring

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from an accredited program.
• Registered TCM Physician with TCMPB or eligible in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Conduct TCM consultations with patient history taking, assessment, diagnosis and syndrome differentiation.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' conditions and goals.
• Provide TCM treatments including acupuncture, Tuina, cupping and herbal medicine.
• Assess and manage musculoskeletal conditions such as neck, shoulder, back and knee pain.
• Utilize technology-enabled tools (e.g., EMMA Tuina) and other modalities for rehabilitation.
• Explain conditions, treatment plans and progress clearly to patients.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records.
• Ensure treatments comply with TCMPB requirements and clinic SOPs.
• Collaborate with physicians, assistants and operations staff.
• Engage in clinical training and professional development activities.

NovaHealth TCM Clinic is looking for a dedicated and patient-focused TCM Physician to join our growing team. The physician will provide professional TCM consultation and treatment while working closely with our clinical and operations teams to deliver safe, effective and consistent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct TCM consultations, including patient history taking, assessment, diagnosis and syndrome differentiation.
• Develop appropriate individualised treatment plans based on patients' conditions and treatment goals.
• Provide TCM treatments including acupuncture, Tuina, cupping, herbal medicine and other appropriate TCM modalities .
• Assess and manage common musculoskeletal conditions , including neck, shoulder, back, knee and other joint or soft-tissue conditions.
• Work with technology-enabled treatment and assessment tools available within NovaHealth, including EMMA robotic Tuina and other musculoskeletal rehabilitation modalities .
• Explain patients' conditions, treatment plans and expected treatment progress clearly and professionally.
• Monitor treatment outcomes and provide appropriate follow-up recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records.
• Ensure treatments are carried out safely and in accordance with TCMPB requirements, professional standards and NovaHealth clinical SOPs .
• Work collaboratively with other physicians, clinical assistants and the operations team.
• Participate in internal clinical training, case discussions and continuous professional development.
• Support clinic health talks, corporate wellness programmes and other professional activities where required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree or recognised qualification in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
• Registered TCM Physician with the TCM Practitioners Board (TCMPB) in Singapore and eligible to practise in Singapore.
• Strong foundation in TCM diagnosis, acupuncture and clinical treatment.
• Experience or interest in musculoskeletal and pain management is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with patients in English and Mandarin .
• Responsible, professional and patient-centred.
• Comfortable working in a team-based and technology-enabled clinical environment.
• Freshly registered TCM Physicians are welcome to apply; structured clinical guidance and training will be provided.
