Job summary

The role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care, managing medications, and ensuring adherence to nursing protocols and safety regulations. You will work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, collaborate with physicians and staff, and maintain accurate medical records while supporting ongoing clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
• Diploma in Nursing or equivalent recognized by SNB
• Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification will be an advantage
• Experience in hospitals, transitional care facilities, nursing homes, or day care centres is a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance standards
• Positive work attitude, strong commitment to service excellence
• Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Deliver client care, including addressing medical emergencies, managing medications, and ensuring adherence to nursing protocols and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate client medical records and schedules for medical follow-ups
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the medical team.
• Collaborate with physicians, colleagues, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
• Diploma in Nursing or equivalent recognized by Singapore Nursing Board
• Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification will be an advantage
• Individuals possessing community nursing experience, along with a robust clinical knowledge and specialized expertise in Hospitals, Transitional Care Facilities, Nursing Home management, or Day Care Centres, will have added advantage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance standards.
