Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is hiring a registered nurse to perform biopsychosocial assessments, create person-centred care plans, administer medications, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires SNB registration, a valid Practising Certificate, BCLS + AED, 1–3 years of RN experience in a care setting, and basic IT skills. Shifts include 12-hour rotations; salary starts at SGD 3,000 and above.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing required.
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) is mandatory.
• Valid SNB Practising Certificate required.
• Valid BCLS + AED certification.
• 1–3 years of RN experience in nursing home or acute hospital in Singapore.
• Advanced Diploma or Postgraduate qualifications preferred.
• Basic IT literacy expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform biopsychosocial and environmental assessments of residents.
• Develop and implement person-centred nursing care plans.
• Administer medications per guidelines.
• Monitor health conditions and perform nursing interventions.
• Escalate changes or abnormalities promptly.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation.
• Ensure a safe environment for residents.
• Facilitate Advance Care Planning discussions.
• Educate residents and families on health management.
• Conduct health promotion and disease prevention activities.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and external providers.
• Support referrals and transitions between care settings.
• Participate in quality audits and improvement initiatives.
• Report risks and safety concerns.
• Practice infection prevention and control measures.
• Execute emergency protocols during health threats.
