PANCARE MEDICAL CLINIC is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse to join our clinical team at 12 Science Centre Road, Singapore. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive patient care, ensuring safety, and maintaining high standards in nursing practice.

Formación

• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
• Diploma in Nursing or equivalent recognized by Singapore Nursing Board.
• Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification will be an advantage.
• Entry levels welcome to apply.
• Experience in community nursing or hospitals, transitional care facilities, or nursing homes is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive work attitude and commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Deliver client care, including addressing medical emergencies, managing medications, and ensuring adherence to nursing protocols and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate client medical records and schedules for medical follow-ups
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the medical team.
• Collaborate with physicians, colleagues, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Job Requirements

• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board

• Individuals possessing community nursing experience, along with a robust clinical knowledge and specialized expertise in Hospitals, Transitional Care Facilities, Nursing Home management, or Day Care Centres, will have added advantage
