A leading logistics company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the implementation of a Warehouse Management System. The role involves driving project initiatives, managing risks, and providing support for user training, with emphasis on achieving project objectives aligned with business goals. Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and extensive experience, preferably with Manhattan WMS, alongside notable analytical and communication skills.

About the role
Reporting to the Regional Supply Chain Solutions Manager, the primary purpose of the role is to work alongside the WMS Build team for implementation, manage the active migration project, as well new customer onboarding.
What you will be doing
Lead and drive project implementation and solutions of Warehouse Management System, ensuring that project objectives are accomplished and in line with business objectives
Adhere to governance and standardization established for project implementation methods, processes, and tools usage across all projects
Prepare project communications including project steering committee meetings and status reports.
Manage project risks and issues and implement mitigation plans
Participate functional and interface design workshop
Prepare WMS Functional Flow
Prepare Configuration Sheet
Prepare interface specification with mappings
Prepare specification for reports
Perform configuration in WMS
Conduct key user training
Manage onshore/offshore integration development team and perform integration testing
Support user in preparing test scenarios and user acceptance test
Perform data migration
Provide support for Go-live and hypercare on production issues
The successful candidate
Essential
At least a Bachelor's in Computer Science/Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum 7 years of implementation/support experience with Warehouse Management System
Desirable
Project Management qualification (e.g. PMP)
At least 1 year experience with Manhattan WMS
Meticulous with strong analytical skills
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills in English
Excellent team working skills
Strong PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Goal oriented, motivated self-starter with excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task
