Job description

Browzwear is a leading provider of 3D fashion design and simulation software, driving digital transformation in the fashion industry. We have pioneered the use of 3D design for apparel and is widely adopted by major fashion brands and manufacturers.

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Regional Vice President of Sales to drive revenue growth (new logo) and expand market share (expansion) in our APAC region. The RVP will lead engagements in the region, build a high-performing sales team of both Account Executives and Account Managers, develop and execute sales strategies, and foster strong client relationships. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business success across SaaS companies, with previous experience in the fashion technology or manufacturing technology industry. In addition to leading the Go-To-Market team in the region, this role will be the most senior role across our APAC region and will work closely with our Executive Leadership Team (primarily based in North America).

What You Will Do

Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Set and manage sales goals, forecasts, and KPIs to drive growth and profitability.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion initiatives.

Team Management & Development

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Account Executives and Account Managers
  • Provide coaching and leadership to ensure high performance and professional growth
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Revenue Growth & Client Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and high-value sales deals to drive revenue.
  • Lead and coach Account Executives with new logo sales to key Brands, Retailers and Original Design Manufacturers (ODM’s)
  • Develop Account Managers to build pipeline and expand existing customers with fresh new offers, multi-year extensions, new contacts and new departments.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive relationship management and coordination with CSM team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies.
  • Provide feedback to product teams on customer needs and market trends.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5-10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expansion, exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in fashion technology or manufacturing technology industry, preferred, but not required
  • Ability to travel within the region up to 30% of the time; travel to Sri Lanka, Australia, China, India, Korea, Vietnam and additional countries as geography expands
