The successful candidate will focus on maximizing AAGI product penetration by demonstrating our value proposition, requiring leadership, social, analytical, and presentation skills. Collaboration across departments including marketing, claims, and executive teams is essential.

Job Title: Regional Vice President of Sales

Department: Sales

Reports To: Chief Revenue Officer

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support AAGI dealers by demonstrating our proven processes and managing deals.
  2. Identify opportunities and optimize dealership performance within your district.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with marketing and regional managers on incentive programs.
  5. Coordinate with various departments for performance and product input.
Qualifications:
  • At least three years of automotive finance experience, including domestic and import stores.
  • Experience in automotive aftermarket sales is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of retail automotive operations.
  • Ability to engage with high-level decision makers.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce preferred.
Physical Demands:

Regularly required to talk, hear, sit, stand, walk, and use hands. May need to lift up to 10 pounds. Vision abilities include the ability to adjust focus.
