Regional Treasury Specialist (Asia)

Position Summary:
This position reports to the Treasury Manager, primarily in support of cash management and debt management activities.
Description of job responsibilities:
- Own enterprise cash flow forecast models and perform detailed cash analysis to provide insight into cash flow drivers.
- Support banking strategy and analysis.
- Support special payments and responsible for intercompany funding structure which provides liquidity to global organization.
- Involve setting up & administering line of credit. Maintains records for Corporate Guarantees, Letter of Credit, Promissory Notes, Treasury Database.
- Prepare management reports.
- Support the month end and quarter end processes.
- Assist in the optimization of global bank accounts management. Ensure the authorized bank signers and payment approvers are up to date. Set up the proper fraud protection services for all bank accounts. Recommend and implement changes to improve efficiency and reduce bank fees.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial models, treasury processes and controls.
- Ensure adherence to finance policies. Respond to internal and external audit requests.
- Support team members in other functions as needed, including insurance, credit and FX.
- Support ad hoc projects and analysis and other responsibilities as needed. Includes collaborating with cross-functional teams on M&A, integration and systems improvements.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
- Professional designation (CPA, CFA or CTP) preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience working in a Treasury or Finance Department of a multinational/global company preferred.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills required. Knowledge of Power BI, Bloomberg, SAP and treasury management systems is beneficial.
- Ability to multitask, deal with ambiguity and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to deliver under tight deadlines.
- Independent, self-starter, excellent written and oral communications skills.
