Responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities
  • Training Analysis
    • Conduct training needs analysis for Daikin affiliates
    • Work closely with affiliates and collaborators to understand their respective training needs/issues and make constructive proposals to improve their capabilities
  • Training Management
    • Plan training that meets the needs of affiliates, schedule, and record the training.
    • Measure and analyse the effectiveness of training.
  • LMS/HRM system
    • Study, Plan and Develop of LMS
      • Simplify LMS & create a hassle-free user experience
      • Adopt feasible functions which catered to Daikin Training needs
    • Understand LMS/HRM systems already in use at affiliates and introduce a unified LMS /HRM system for all affiliates.
  • Any adhoc duties as assigned by HOD

Pre-requisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management/any related disciplines
  • Experience in planning and implementing employee skill analysis, training needs analysis
  • Well versed in LMS/HRM systems will have an advantage. e.g. Planning and developing training modules in LMS. Planning, designing, and buildingHRM systems
  • Must be able to travel to Asean Oceania countries
