Job description

We are seeking a Regional Sales Trainer to lead training initiatives across travel retail and local markets. This role is essential in enhancing sales team capabilities by delivering engaging, effective, and practical training programs. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales training, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt learning experiences to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement tailored training programs to meet the needs of different clients and sales environments.
  2. Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions in both physical and virtual formats.
  3. Continuously assess training effectiveness through participant feedback and performance metrics.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans.
  5. Keep training materials current by updating content to reflect market trends, product changes, and new strategies.
  6. Provide ongoing coaching, support, and refresher training to reinforce learning outcomes.
  7. Manage the logistics of training sessions, including venue setup, materials, and equipment.
  8. Maintain accurate training records and report on training impact and participation.

Skills & Qualifications:
