Job description

Our client is a multi-billion-dollar enterprise with over two decades of proven success in the global import-export industry. Renowned for their leadership in trading premium building and construction-related products, they have established a strong international presence and a reputation for quality, reliability, and innovation.

To support their expanding business, they are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Prepare and manage sales orders, quotations, proforma invoices, shipping documents, and export/import documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin).
  • Liaise closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal logistics teams to coordinate shipment and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order status, and sales data in the system.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock planning and reporting.
  • Handle client inquiries, provide after-sales service, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Chinese-speaking clients and partners to facilitate clear communication and timely updates.
  • Support the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and documentation for internal review.
  • Assist in the organization of trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing activities as needed.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales support, logistics, or trading role, preferably within the import/export sector.
  • Strong familiarity with international trade documentation and processes.
  • Able to communicate in business Mandarin as the clients/partners are Chinese-speaking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
