Job description

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing Products (Printers, Cutting Plotters, etc.) including software application.
• Provide technical support to company dealers and customers on company products.
• Attend to customer's complaints and provide solutions that address their needs.
• Provide Technical Training to Oversea Dealers on company products.
• To record and submit all service data and reports properly as and when required.
• Logistic-related In-Out and Inventory management to ensure spare part availability.
• Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, sales, technical support) and external stakeholders (distributors, customers) to support pre-sales activities such as sampleprinting, promotion kit preparation, and machine specification testing.
• Any other ad-hoc assigned.

Requirements:
[MUST]

• Candidate must have at least 1 - 2 years of related working experience (Industrial printers related).
• Candidate must be comfortable with frequent Overseas business travel
• Good interpersonal skills and a good team player.
