Job summary

WT Microelectronics 文曄科技(股)公司 seeks an experienced tax leader to manage regional corporate tax compliance for Singapore and Southeast Asia, Oceania and India. You will coordinate TP filings, monitor tax risk, and liaise with IRAS and tax consultants to support cross-border projects.

The role requires extensive Singapore tax knowledge and regional exposure, with CPA or equivalent certification as a strong plus. Regional interactions and strategic tax planning are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional tax experience in Singapore.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Singapore tax regulations, TP guidelines, BEPS 2.0.
• Experience interacting with IRAS and managing audits.
• Experience with regional tax matters beyond Singapore is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional tax compliance and corporate tax filing for Singapore entities and regional operations.
• Oversee Transfer Pricing filings and intercompany agreements in the Region.
• Manage tax risk assessments and health checks for the Region.
• Serve as primary liaison to tax agents, consultants, and tax authorities.
• Provide tax advisory and analysis for regional businesses and cross-border projects.
