Job summary

YCH Group Pte Ltd, Singapore, seeks a Regional Tax Compliance & Reporting Owner to manage tax controls and processes for Singapore and regional entities. You will oversee end-to-end tax compliance and transfer pricing submissions, ensuring accurate filings and robust TP reporting with data-driven commentary for leadership.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated autonomy as a process owner in tax/compliance.
• Strong collaboration with regional finance teams and senior tax leaders.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience driving end-to-end tax processes and TP controls.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end governance of direct and indirect taxes for Singapore and regional entities.
• Lead end-to-end tax compliance and transfer pricing processes with accuracy.
• Review quarterly/annual tax provisioning, TP reporting, and ETR commentary.
• Lead tax audits and defend positions with documented evidence and TP files.
• Drive OTP and TP policy execution, intercompany settlements and payments.
• Partner with Finance to automate tax data management and reporting.
