Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Singapore office. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of two recruiters managing all talent acquisition activities for Singapore, while also partnering closely on regional leadership recruitment across the APAC region. Your mission will be to attract, engage, and hire top talent that will drive CMA CGM’s continued growth and success in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2 talent acquisition specialists focused on Singapore market hiring.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles based in Singapore, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Partner with HR Business Partners and senior leaders across APAC to drive talent strategies for leadership and critical roles region-wide.

Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline aligned with CMA CGM’s business goals.

Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to optimize hiring processes and improve talent acquisition outcomes.

Represent CMA CGM employer brand externally and internally to attract top talent.

Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies in all recruitment activities.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience (5+ years) in talent acquisition, preferably in a regional or internal role.

Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.

Solid understanding of the APAC talent market.

Demonstrated ability to recruit for leadership roles and work closely with senior stakeholders.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Passion for building diverse and inclusive teams.
