Job Description:

Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking fintech organization with a strong presence across the Asia-Pacific region. They are now looking for a Regional TA Leader (APAC) to drive their talent acquisition strategy and execution across diverse markets in the region. The Regional TA Leader will lead and scale the end-to-end recruitment function across Asia-Pacific, supporting strategic workforce planning and building a consistent pipeline of top talent. This role involves close collaboration with senior business leaders, HRBPs, and global talent teams to shape recruitment strategies aligned with business growth, market dynamics, and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement regional hiring strategies to support business expansion across APAC markets.
  • Lead recruitment efforts for both corporate and commercial functions, from mid-level to executive roles.
  • Leverage market intelligence and data-driven insights to guide hiring decisions.

Stakeholder & Team Leadership

  • Partner closely with senior business leaders, regional HR, and hiring managers to understand talent needs.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of TA professionals across the region.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, RPO partners, and other sourcing vendors.

Process Improvement & Employer Branding

  • Continuously optimize TA processes, tools, and workflows to ensure efficiency and scalability.
  • Champion a best-in-class candidate experience across all hiring stages.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives tailored for local talent markets in the APAC region.

Compliance, Analytics & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to local labor regulations and internal compliance standards.
  • Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and dashboards to track performance and hiring outcomes.
  • Report regularly to global TA and HR leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a regional leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of APAC talent markets, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven track record in scaling recruitment functions and leading TA teams across multiple countries.
  • Experience in high-growth or matrixed organizations (e.g., tech, fintech, banking, etc.) preferred.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
