About the role
As the Regional Supply Chain Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's supply chain operations regionally.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives to optimize performance and reduce costs

  • Oversee the planning, coordination and execution of supply chain activities, including logistics, inventory management and production scheduling

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks and improve end-to-end processes

  • Analyse supply chain data to generate insights and recommend data-driven solutions

  • Lead and motivate a team of supply chain professionals, providing mentorship and ensuring high levels of performance

  • Represent the supply chain function in key business meetings and liaise with internal stakeholders

  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's supply chain capabilities

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making

  • Proven track record of implementing successful supply chain optimisation initiatives

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across the organisation
