Job description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the supply chain leadership team to understand their business priorities and people strategies, and provide expert HR advice and solutions to enable their success

  • Develop and implement effective HR initiatives, policies and processes to drive employee engagement, productivity and development

  • Lead talent management activities, including succession planning, performance management and learning and development

  • Provide hands-on HR support and coaching to managers on employee-related matters

  • Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

  • Collaborate with the broader HR team to ensure consistency and alignment across the business

Requirements

  • Significant experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within a fast-paced, global manufacturing or supply chain environment

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical HR solutions

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels

  • Proven track record in talent management, including performance management, learning and development, and succession planning

  • Hands-on experience in HR processes and operations, including HR data analysis and reporting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences
