A leading company seeks an HR Business Partner to collaborate with supply chain leadership and implement HR strategies that enhance employee engagement and productivity. The role focuses on talent management and requires significant experience within global manufacturing. Ideal candidates will possess excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
Partner with the supply chain leadership team to understand their business priorities and people strategies, and provide expert HR advice and solutions to enable their success
Develop and implement effective HR initiatives, policies and processes to drive employee engagement, productivity and development
Lead talent management activities, including succession planning, performance management and learning and development
Provide hands-on HR support and coaching to managers on employee-related matters
Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with the broader HR team to ensure consistency and alignment across the business
Requirements
Significant experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within a fast-paced, global manufacturing or supply chain environment
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical HR solutions
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
Proven track record in talent management, including performance management, learning and development, and succession planning
Hands-on experience in HR processes and operations, including HR data analysis and reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences
