Job Description
- Define, drive, and implement impactful regional marketing projects across various verticals and workstreams
- Set clear project goals, track progress, and deliver outcomes within defined timelines
- Partner with regional and local stakeholders to address key challenges using data-informed and practical problem-solving
- Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analysis to uncover actionable insights for ongoing marketing operations
- Establish efficient and effective reporting processes aligned with business needs and data availability
- Analyse marketing cost structures and recommend optimal resource allocation strategies to fuel marketing growth
- Apply strong analytical thinking and a hands-on, proactive approach to deliver clear and measurable outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 6 years of work experience, ideally combining exposure to management consulting, in-house strategic roles, or e-commerce
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong project ownership mindset with the ability to manage complexity across teams and regions
- Data-driven, structured thinker who can translate analysis into strategy
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
