Functional Relationships with:
All departments in Murata Electronics Singapore (MES), Regional Management Company (RMC), 6 Overseas Sales Affiliates (OSA), MES HR, MES Business Engineer, Murata HQ (MMC) sales planning, and so on.

The successful candidate will:
A successful candidate will be involved in RMC's policy management and Plan/Do/Check/Action (PDCA) operations. While working with top management to find solutions to RMC's organizational issues, you will be able to learn how to think about solving medium- to long-term issues in the future.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
The following tasks are the job scope of the department.
• The candidate will be required to manage schedules, create minutes of each meeting, issue the connect, manage action items, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Policy / Strategy Development
• Support internal stakeholders to develop and execute their policy and strategy
• Develop RMC Corporate Strategy
• Policy PDCA Cycle Management
• Facilitating the occasional policy review meeting with internal stakeholders
• Facilitating ASEAN & India Sales Meeting in which each OSA/RMC Division heads gather twice a year
• Facilitating the Monthly OSA/RMC Division heads meeting
• Co-facilitating and co-preparing the product division (PD) caravan in the ASEAN and India region with the product division (PD)
• MMC Contact Window
• Customer Satisfaction Conference by MMC Sales division
• Complaint Handling Award by MMC Quality Management division
Ability/ Competency Required:
• Degree in marketing, business administration, accounting, or mathematics.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Positive attitude, high adaptability, and ability to carefully manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including adapting to change in a work environment that prioritizes setting priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Communication Skills: Communication to accurately convey our objectives and gain the cooperation of the other party.
• Schedule management Skill: The ability to work out an appropriate plan by working backwards for multiple tasks that are being processed in parallel.
• Summary skill: Ability to understand the content of a meeting and summarize the main points.
