PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Regional Senior BTP Solution Advisor will be responsible for driving the growth aspiration for SAP Business Technology Platform through the development and implementation of innovative programs. This role involves coordinating with regional and market unit sales teams, solution advisory enabling new solutions and features, and executing programs, building innovative solutions including prototypes, proof of concepts for key customers. The incumbent will also establish and maintain trusted relationships with customers to provide advisory services and forge long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities of the Regional Senior BTP Solution Advisor:

1. Develop and innovate new programs for SAP Business Technology Platform.
2. Enable new solution features, train teams on latest programs and best practices both internal audience like sales and solution advisory and externally customers and partners.
3. Execute programs for key customers, monitor performance, and refine based on learnings through engagements.
4. Create and share high-impact thought leadership assets internally and externally.
5. Strategic Deal support for top opportunities by building impactful prototypes, demos and proof-of-concepts to progress.
6. Engage with strategic customers build trust, understand needs, and deliver tailored BTP-centric content (solution architecture, demos, prototypes & POCs) for long-term partnerships.
7. Collaborate with regional and market unit teams demand and support demand generation programs.
8. Collaborate with global teams to roll-out global best practices and roll-in learnings from the region.
9. Be an Evangelist of SAP BTP and the subject matter expert on the various services of SAP BTP.
10. Expert business knowledge in SAP Business Technology Platform services, including deep knowledge of the cloud technologies in the market today.
11. Experience in translating a customer problem or process improvement to a SAP BTP based solution architecture.
12. Ability to build solution prototypes, POCs, Demos in quick time.
13. Understanding of SAP’s Application software portfolio including S/4HANA, SF, Ariba, Field Glass, Sales & Service cloud, Supply chain and logistics Solutions.
14. Ability to work effectively in a complex matrix environment and virtual team both within the region and with global teams.
15. Excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, program management, and organizational skills.
16. Willingness to travel (25%- 50% travel).
17. A self-starter, with energy and drive and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience:

1. Master’s degree in computer science or related field OR Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with experience, Management Degree will be a plus.
2. 5+ years’ experience in SAP BTP Solutions, with experience in building solutions using SAP BTP services.
3. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
4. Customer facing experience as well as working with wider team including sales, presales, industry, product development.
5. Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.
6. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling internal and external communications.
7. Experience at a large, multi-national software/technology organization is a plus.
8. Experience in latest cloud based solutions including programming models, AI & Gen AI, LLMs, etc.

Language:

Fluency in English and Indian languages written and oral communication.
