Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a scientific affairs professional to support Healthcare Abroad initiatives across Indonesia and Vietnam, engaging with HCPs, HCOs, payers and patient organizations while coordinating with Medical Affairs, Market Access and Public Affairs.

You will deliver disease education, facilitate scientific exchanges, and maintain up-to-date knowledge in hematology/oncology, traveling regularly to the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences or related scientific discipline; advanced scientific/healthcare qualification preferred.
• 3–5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech or relevant healthcare industry experience.
• Experience in scientific engagement or a similar external stakeholder-facing role.
• Strong scientific communication and presentation skills to discuss complex clinical information with HCPs and stakeholders.
• Experience in hematology/oncology or lymphoma strongly preferred.
• Payer engagement and/or patient advocacy experience is an advantage.
• Willing and able to travel regularly to Indonesia and Vietnam.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with HCPs, HCOs, Thought Leaders, payers and patient organizations.
• Conduct peer-to-peer scientific exchange and communicate complex clinical and scientific information.
• Deliver scientific/disease education through HCP meetings, roundtables, congresses, hospital education and other approved channels.
• Facilitate scientific engagement between Singapore HCPs and Vietnam clinical experts/HCOs.
• In Indonesia, engage private insurers and payer stakeholders to educate on disease, treatment, patient journey and health-economic considerations.
• Support non-promotional disease and patient awareness initiatives.
• Capture stakeholder insights and work with internal Medical Affairs, Market Access and Public Affairs teams to address needs.
• Maintain strong scientific knowledge in hematology/oncology, lymphoma and cell therapy.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies and Medical Affairs standards.
