Job description

Our client is looking for a dynamic and analytical SFE Manager to join the team in Singapore, focusing on enhancing sales force performance through effective management and utilization of Sales Force CRM (SFDC) and other SFE tools.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the regional strategy for Sales Force CRM (SFDC).
  • Oversee the implementation and integration of SFDC tools and technologies to enhance sales processes and efficiency.
  • Oversee the implementation and integration of SFE tools to enable the organization for successful execution of growth strategies.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure the sales team is proficient in utilizing SFDC and SFE tools to its full potential.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales representatives, addressing any issues or challenges related to SFDC usage.
  • Utilize SFDC data to generate actionable insights and reports, enabling informed decision-making at both regional and organizational levels.
  • Implement and maintain KPIs to measure the effectiveness of SFDC initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the sales force, leveraging SFDC capabilities.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in sales force effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of SFDC into overall business processes.
  • Communicate regularly with regional sales leaders and teams to gather feedback and address concerns related to SFDC and SFE.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales force effectiveness or a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Sales Force CRM (SFDC) and its functionalities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
